UNS S32750 is a 25% Cr super duplex stainless (often A182 F53) used for flanges in seawater and severe chloride service.
Both are super duplex. S32760 includes tungsten and is selected when the project datasheet specifically requires it.
S32750 has higher PREN and strength than S32205 / 2205. Use it when 2205 is not enough for the chloride environment.
UNS S32750 or A182 F53, type/facing, size/class, bore/schedule, and MTC / PREN / ferrite notes if required.
S32750 offers higher Cr, Mo and N than 2205 duplex, giving a higher PREN and strength. Fabrication needs controlled heat input and qualified weld procedures.

Super Duplex Steel UNS S32750 Flanges are made of the duplex steel group. These flanges have a mixture of austenitic and ferritic grades in their microstructure. The main difference is that these flanges include more chromium and molybdenum. Compared to standard grades, this has a higher level of corrosion resistance. Its dual phase microstructure, which combines high strength and low corrosion resistance, makes it perfect for usage in chloride-rich environments. These flanges have a cheaper alloying cost when compared to other standard grade kinds.
These Flanges offer greater corrosion resistance in environments with chloride because of the composition of the resistant components. Additionally, this formula increases yield and tensile strength. These flanges are the best option for a range of thicknesses without compromising on quality or features. These flanges can be bonded using any common welding technique because of how easily they can be joined together. Options include resistance, arc, TIG, and MIG welding.
Super Duplex Steel Flanges made in UNS S32750 offer excellent mechanical properties, including ductility and corrosion resistance. These flanges are offered in annealed form and are composed of Super Duplex Steel. On the other side, these flanges won't become harder by heat treatment procedures. The required qualities are acquired through cold working processes. Additionally, these flanges are resistant to pitting in decreasing zones.
