Super Duplex Steel UNS S32760 Flanges are made of the duplex steel group. These flanges have a mixture of austenitic and ferritic grades in their microstructure. The main difference is that these flanges include more chromium and molybdenum. Compared to standard grades, this has a higher level of corrosion resistance. Its dual phase microstructure, which combines high strength and low corrosion resistance, makes it perfect for usage in chloride-rich environments. These flanges have a cheaper alloying cost when compared to other standard grade kinds.
