Savoy Piping Inc. supplies duplex S32205 (2205) flanges — the tightened-chemistry duplex grade widely used in oil & gas, chemical and seawater-related piping.

UNS S32205 is the tightened 22% Cr duplex grade (often A182 F60) used for flanges needing higher and more consistent pitting resistance than S31803.
S32205 has tighter chemistry controls. Many specifications now call S32205 / 2205 instead of S31803.
Specify S32750 or S32760 for seawater and severe chloride environments needing higher PREN.
UNS S32205 or A182 F60, type/facing, size/class, bore/schedule, and MTC / PREN notes if required.
S32205 improves on S31803 with controlled Cr, Mo and N for consistent PREN. Forged flanges are often ordered to ASTM A182 F60. Higher PREN needs move to super duplex.
