What is this class / end type?

Threaded (screwed) forged fittings join pipe with NPT or BSPT threads — no fillet weld required. They follow ASME B16.11 dimensions and Class 2000 / 3000 / 6000 / 9000 pressure ratings for small-bore systems.

Selection guidance

Choose threaded ends when welding is restricted, for utility lines, or where future disassembly is needed. Confirm thread form (NPT/BSPT), class and material. Prefer socket weld for permanent high-integrity joints.
